Coconut Raita

Pacchi Kobbari Perugu Pacchadi Ingredients: Fresh Scraped Coconut 1/2 cup Plain Yogurt 1 cup Green Chili 1 Turmeric Powder a small pinch Salt to taste Talimpu: Urad Dal 1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds 1/8 tsp Cumin Seeds 1/8 tsp Broken Red Chillies 2 Curry Leaves 2 Oil 1 tsp Method of preparation: Wash, remove stem and halve the green chili. Blend together coconut and green chili into somewhat coarse paste using little water. In a bowl, mix yogurt, above blended coconut green chili mixture, turmeric powder and salt thoroughly.
